Will Kosovo as an independent state not radiate instability towards Macedonia and Greece? And why give a KLA-in-new-shape a state which has no reputation at being democratic and being able to run themselves yet? Kuweit was returned to a dollar-monarchy instead of democracy. I don't see why Kosovo should be turned into an independent state if it is working to become "ethnically clean". The world supporting this? And after that there will be a 'heim ins reich' call.
