Every participant will be asked to formulate his or her business challenge, which could be solved using knowledge management tools & techniques. During the course, the participants will try to find solutions for their defined challenges.
All the knowledge management tools & techniques, which were used to solve the challenges, are then integrated in a 'dynamic' online Knowledge Management Toolbox. Every participant can edit this toolbox resulting in a clear deliverable. At the end of the course, participants can take the Knowledge Management Toolbox with them and apply the tools & techniques in their daily work.
